Berry Frozen Yogurt Clusters

Makes ~6 servings

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups plain vanilla Greek yogurt

  • 1 cup strawberries, chopped

  • ½ cup blueberries

  • 2–3 tbsp peanut butter, melted

  • (Any berries of choice)


Instructions:

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread Greek yogurt evenly across the pan (about ¼–½ inch thick). Top with chopped strawberries, blueberries, and any additional berries. Drizzle melted peanut butter over the top. Freeze for 2–3 hours, or until fully solid. Break into clusters and enjoy!
