Makes 1 serving | Tip: if prepping for the week, prep sauteed apples

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (nutrition will vary by brand)

  • 1 small apple, diced

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg

  • 2 tbsp chopped walnuts or pecans

Instructions:

  2. Mix the base:
In a bowl, stir together the Greek yogurt and protein powder. Add a little water if too thick.

  3. Assemble:
Top the yogurt base with the warm cinnamon apples. Add nuts or extra cinnamon on top if using.
